DICOM to JPG.
Patient data stays put.
Medical images carry patient information. Converting a DICOM slice to a normal picture shouldn't mean uploading it to an unknown server.

What it does
A DICOM file is read by ImageMagick compiled to WebAssembly, inside your browser, and saved as a JPG or PNG image you can put into a report or presentation.
Limits
This is a converter, not a diagnostic viewer: it exports the image as stored, without window/level adjustment or multi-frame series handling. Use certified software for clinical work.

Questions
Is the DICOM file uploaded?
No. It's processed in your browser. Only an anonymous “+1” and the file size are sent to the public counter.
